How to Place an Order with E-mail

The first thing you can expect is a response from us to let you know we received the e-mail. Usually you will hear from us within the hour, but occasionally it may be later in the day. If you send your e-mail late in the day, you will be hearing from us during the next business day.

Please be sure your e-mail includes all of the following:
1.  The item# of the award or awards you are ordering
2.  The quantity for each item#
3.  Wording for each award
4.  Graphic or logo if you are using one (you can send this as an attachment to your e-mail)

5. Should the invoice be made out to you, your company or your organization?
6. Where do you want your order shipped?  If you supply us with your UPS or FedEx account number you can pay the carrier directly.
7. To what e-mail address would you like the credit card request and receipt sent?
8. What is your credit card information? (you may call, fax or e-mail this) We will need the card number, expiration date, the security code and also the billing address for that card?
9. Your phone number where you can be reached during business hours.
10. The date you would like to have these awards in hand as well as your event date?

What you can expect from us:
We like to have 7-10 business days for production. We can turn your order around in less time if necessary. If you need same day service, we can usually do that also but there is a 50% Premium Fee to do so. If you need next day service, we can provide that too but there will be a 35% Priority Fee.

Our graphics team would be happy to provide a proof of your award layout. Our proof will arrive to you within 24 hours after your order is placed.  We require proof approval at least 3 days before we will ship. We will not proceed with production until after we have your approval.

Our pricing on the website includes 45 characters of text.  Your graphic or logo, excess text, signatures and color will add cost. Details of all costs will be shown on your order acknowledgement.

We charge $5.00 for each master carton that is packed up for shipment. We only charge the UPS published rates without additional mark-ups. We do our best to estimate shipping however the actual shipping cost could vary and will be determined at the time of shipment.
